the pool areas were really cool, one was super relaxin and the other had fun stuff to do. the hotel was super clean and the animation team was awesome with lots of entertainment like music and dances every night. most of the staff were friendly and helpful too.

the food was not great, and the queues for dinner could be a real pain.

my stay at relaxia was lovely! the staff were extremely welcoming, making me feel right at home. the location is great, with beautiful pools, including one specially for kids. just a short walk to good local restaurants. overall, i had a fantastic time!

The animation and programs were well organized and entertaining. The view from my room was breathtaking, with the sandy beach just a short distance away.

Room cleaning was inconsistent, and some staff were unhelpful in addressing complaints regarding room conditions and dining options.

the relaxia is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach, perfect for soaking up the sun. we thoroughly enjoyed the variety of food available, and the pools are amazing—especially the one for kids. the staff were friendly, which added to our great experience!

Enjoyed our stay with great food options and a clean room! The outdoor pool area was a perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring. The heated pool was a lovely extra touch. Just a heads up, there were a few times when we struggled to find sun loungers available by the pool. 🌞

We loved the three outdoor pools, especially the heated one! The hotel is just a short stroll from the stunning Playa del Inglés beach where we enjoyed various exciting water sports. Plus, the atmosphere felt lively and relaxed for our large family including two couples.

My wife says that the room could use a safe for valuables.

The single room was clean, but I encountered a cockroach during my stay.

the beach is awesome and only a 2-minute walk from the hotel. There are great cafes nearby that serve delicious food if you want to take a break from the hotel dining options.

The all-inclusive formula was fantastic, with a mouth-watering Hungarian beef stew that stood out. The staff were attentive, making every dining experience enjoyable, which really exceeded my usual hotel expectations for food. while the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, some areas like the pool could get crowded, making it difficult to find loungers during peak hours. The overall atmosphere was lively, though the location, while close to the beach, could be a bit noisy at times due to the surrounding area.
